    • Vouchers are generally valid for 3 years from the end of the year in which they were issued. The recommended usage period is 2 months.
    • Full refunds are available within 14 days from the date of purchase.

"Couple Tattoos" Voucher The voucher is available on the VEAN CARD and offers the opportunity to create a symbolic pair of tattoos for you and your partner, becoming an integral part of your shared story.

Discount Voucher Physical vouchers will be issued until December 31, 2024. Starting January 1, 2025, vouchers will be converted into points and displayed in the user's personal account.
