To schedule an appointment, a deposit of 10-20€ along with your name and phone number is required.

The advance payment is included in the total price.

This fee serves as a guarantee for both you and us. It helps us plan our time efficiently and ensures that we are fully prepared for your session on time.

📎 You can make the deposit via bank transfer or in cash in person.

📩 After making the deposit, please send us a screenshot of your transfer or a photo of your receipt, along with your name and phone number.

🚨 If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance, otherwise, the deposit will not be refunded.

❗️In the event of a full cancellation for a valid reason, we will refund your deposit in the form of a voucher, valid for one year.
